WELCOME Welcome to Hamilton Community Health Network's web site. We are a non-profit organization providing comprehensive quality, community oriented health care for the underserved throughout Genesee County.

SERVICES Here at Hamilton Community Health Network we have a variety of services that we offer for your health treatment. Some of the things that we offer are:
