What is a Community Health Center?

Hamilton Community Health Network is part of a national network of primary care centers (Section 330E) aimed at improving health services for inner city populations. These centers provide comprehensive care to patients regardless of their ability to pay.

This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.

With federal health care reform laws going into effect, more people will be turning to Hamilton for their health care needs. Rest assured that these patients receive high-quality care delivered with respect and compassion.

Hamilton puts patients first, with its caring, trained, certified staff that is dedicated to the management of chronic and acute disease, oral health management, health promotion and disease prevention. For more information, or to schedule an appointment, contact Hamilton at (810) 406-4246.
