Community members living in north Flint are invited to attend one of two safety forums where they can participate in the Illuminating Community Change (IC2) Community-Based Crime Reduction Project. The IC2 project will use the voices of residents in the community, as well as resident participation to implement a plan to address crime, safety and economic opportunity.
