FLINT, MICH – Hamilton Community Health Network (HCHN), Board of Directors and staff welcomed new Director of Marketing and Communications, Stacy Sawyer to the organization. Sawyer will lead HCHN’s company-wide efforts in marketing and communications.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to grow Hamilton’s presence and reach within the Genesee and Lapeer areas,” stated Sawyer. “With such a strong need for access to quality healthcare in our communities, I look forward to being part of Hamilton as we continue to provide that quality care.”
Sawyer brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to HCHN including nearly 20 years of communications and marketing experience and non-profit leadership. Sawyer most recently led the American Heart Association’s communications and marketing department in Michigan where she led national campaigns, such as Go Red for Women, Jump Rope for Heart and statewide campaigns including the latest Rethink Your Drink campaign that ran last summer across Michigan. She was also on the leadership team and honored with numerous awards. Prior to American Heart Association, Sawyer led communication efforts for the American Cancer Society for three years earlier in her career.

Sawyer received a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and marketing from Saginaw State Valley State University.
