This Open Enrollment season, HCHN hosted and attended a total of five health resource events to give free assistance to Genesee and Lapeer County residents.

The final event takes place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday, December 3 at Michigan Works! (711 Saginaw Street, Suite 300, Flint, MI). One of HCHN’s Outreach and Enrollment Specialists will be at Michigan Works! to assist those who may need help choosing the right insurance plan for them and their family.

HCHN Outreach and Enrollment Specialists are Certified Application Counselors (CAC) and are trained to navigate the Marketplace.
