Hamilton Community Health Network opens second drive-through COVID-19 testing site at its Burton clinic
FLINT, MI – Hamilton Community Health Network’s second site for COVID-19 drive through testing opened on Tuesday, May 5th at the Burton Clinic location. Testing will be available from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, and is open to Hamilton and non-Hamilton patients, as long as the individual is experiencing mild symptoms (per MDHHS guidelines) and has an appointment scheduled.
Chief Operating Officer, Sherry Pace, stated, “In order for us to slow the spread and flatten the curve of COVID-19, we are making testing a top priority with multiple Hamilton locations providing testing throughout the community.”
COVID-19 testing by Hamilton will take place in the Genesee County Health Department’s parking lot next to Hamilton’s Burton Clinic located at G-3375 S. Saginaw Street Flint, MI 48529. Testing will open at 9:00 AM, by appointment only. To make an appointment, call the Hamilton COVID Hotline at 810.406.4019. People can also call this number regarding testing at any of our Hamilton clinic locations. Testing is offered at all clinics Monday – Friday during regular clinic hours.
Hamilton is dedicated to meeting the needs of the community in any way possible during this crisis and is excited to see fellow organizations like the Genesee County Health Department helping get the word out on these efforts.
