Hamilton is happy to announce that our doors to all our clinics are open and we are very excited to get back to into the swing of things. As always, we are committed to safety first and have made a few changes to business to better protect you. Our waiting and exam rooms reflect the social distancing guidelines of 6 feet, limited number of patients in the waiting areas, and curb side check-in for you. We’re also requesting that only patients with the appointment come to the clinic at this time.
When you arrive, you’ll see our staff wearing masks and protective gear. We will provide you with a mask, if you don’t already have one, plus we will be checking every staff members’ and patients’ temperature upon entering the building. The front desks now have glass barriers that will help to prevent any airborne contamination. Plus, your doctor will also be wearing a mask and following all best practices for your safety. As always, our staff will be working hard to ensure that all supplies, seating, surfaces and door handles, etc. are sanitized and kept clean before and after patient visits.
Our telehealth services will continue to be available for patients, along with our COVID-19 drive through testing. We understand that these current times are uncertain and call for many adjustments to our daily lives. Hamilton wants to ensure you that all of your medical needs will be attended to safely and conveniently. It is our commitment to provide you with healthcare in the safest way possible and that will always be our number one priority.
