Check your water bottles for expiration dates and use prior to the date.
Make sure you use the oldest water bottles first.

  • Dried fruits (raisins, prunes
  • Calcium-rich foods reduces lead absorption and also helps make teeth and bones strong. Good sources of dietary calcium include:
